How to access Help and use the FAQs
Where to find the "Help" item
To open the Help area, use the user menu in the top-right corner: click your profile image and select "Help". If your layout includes it, you can also reach it from the sidebar through the FAQ item.
FAQs and official answers
On the FAQ page you will find the most common questions grouped by category, such as account, security, chat, Ranko Points, Leagues, and Federations. Each entry opens with one click and shows a clear, short answer designed to guide you step by step without contacting support.
